Deborah C. Harding began freelance writing in 1988. She published magazine articles in Quick 'n Easy Country Cookin' and Grit Magazine. She also wrote for several webzines including IParent.com and was a columist for Creative Seasoning Network. She has published three books. Sugar Plum Memories self-published in 1989, was a book about Christmas traditions including history of the holiday, recipes and crafts. Kidstuff, published by Eagle Press in 1990, detailed parent/preschooler relationships and how to teach preschoolers how to learn in a fun and easy manner. The Green Guide to Herb Gardening was published by Llewellyn Worldwide in 2000. It took 10 easy herbs and described how to grow and use them in crafts, recipes, and natural remedies. Deborah also wrote and edited many local and web based newsletters.

Deborah has two daughters. The oldest lives with her and goes to the local University majoring in English and her youngest goes to Culinary School at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Deborah has been experimenting with fiction and is seeking an agent for a paranormal mystery. She and her younger daughter, also a writer, are working on a Children's Book and a book of family recipes.

Deborah specializes in herbs, gardening, holidays, food and recipes, preschool activities, hobbies, and more. She teaches classes in herbs, crafts, knitting and crocheting, painting, cooking and writing.
